Mill Creek is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located approximately 20 miles north (NNE) of downtown Seattle. The population was 11,525 at the 2000 census. Mill Creek is a planned community built around a golf course and country club as its centerpiece.

Mill Creek was officially incorporated on August 30, 1983.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 9.2 km (3.6 mi ), all land.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 11,525 people, 4,631 households, and 3,250 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,246.5/km (3,231.3/mi ). There were 4,769 housing units at an average density of 515.8/km (1,337.1/mi ). The racial makeup of the city was 81.49% White, 1.41% African American, 0.43% Native American, 12.64% Asian, 0.25% Pacific Islander, 1.12% from other races, and 2.65% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.25% of the population.
