Circleville is located at 38 °10 13 N, 112 °16 18 W (38.170173, -112.271682) GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 23.5 km (9.1 mi ), all land.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 505 people, 172 households, and 132 families residing in the town. The population density was 21.5/km (55.7/mi ). There were 222 housing units at an average density of 9.5/km (24.5/mi ). The racial makeup of the town was 97.23% White, 0.20% African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.20% Asian, 0.20% Pacific Islander, 0.99% from other races, and 0.79% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.36% of the population.

There were 172 households out of which 37.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.0% were married couples living together, 5.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.7% were non-families. 22.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.94 and the average family size was 3.45.
