Amorita is a town in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 44 at the 2000 census.

Amorita is located at 36 °55 26 N, 98 °17 33 W (36.923929, -98.292437) GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.7 km (0.3 mi ), all land.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 44 people, 22 households, and 13 families residing in the town. The population density was 65.3/km (172.4/mi ). There were 28 housing units at an average density of 41.6/km (109.7/mi ). The racial makeup of the town was 84.09% White, 6.82% African American, 4.55% Native American, and 4.55% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.27% of the population.

There were 22 households out of which 22.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.5% were married couples living together, 13.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.4% were non-families. 36.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 27.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.00 and the average family size was 2.57.
