Warwick is located at 47 °51 17 N, 98 °42 32 W (47.854655, -98.708857) GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.6 km (1.0 mi ). 1.7 km (0.7 mi ) of it is land and 0.9 km (0.3 mi ) of it (34.65%) is water.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 75 people, 34 households, and 21 families residing in the city. The population density was 43.9/km (113.2/mi ). There were 47 housing units at an average density of 27.5/km (71.0/mi ). The racial makeup of the city was 57.33% White and 42.67% Native American.

There were 34 households out of which 20.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.1% were married couples living together, 14.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.3% were non-families. 35.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.21 and the average family size was 2.68.
