Adams is located at 48 °25 17 N, 98 °4 27 W (48.421471, -98.074215) GR1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.6 km (1.0 mi ). 2.6 km (1.0 mi ) of it is land and 0.1 km (0.04 mi ) of it (1.98%) is water. As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 203 people, 87 households, and 60 families residing in the city. The population density was 79.2/km (205.3/mi ).
