Perrinton is a village in Gratiot County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 439 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.6 km (0.6 mi ), all land.

As of the census 2 of 2000, there were 439 people, 166 households, and 114 families residing in the village. The population density was 269.0/km (699.4/mi ). There were 173 housing units at an average density of 106.0/km (275.6/mi ). The racial makeup of the village was 97.95% White, 0.46% from other races, and 1.59% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.68% of the population.

There were 166 households out of which 31.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.4% were married couples living together, 12.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.3% were non-families. 27.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.64 and the average family size was 3.20.
