Forest Hill is a village in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is part of the Alexandria, Louisiana Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 456 at the 2000 census.

Forest Hill is located at 31 °2 36 N, 92 °31 51 W (31.043389, -92.530698) GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 8.3 km (3.2 mi ). 8.2 km (3.2 mi ) of it is land and 0.1 km (0.1 mi ) of it (1.56%) is water.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 456 people, 167 households, and 125 families residing in the village. The population density was 55.9/km (144.8/mi ). There were 182 housing units at an average density of 22.3/km (57.8/mi ). The racial makeup of the village was 84.43% White, 7.02% African American, 0.44% Native American, 1.10% Asian, 6.36% from other races, and 0.66% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 12.28% of the population.

There were 167 households out of which 35.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 7.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.6% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.73 and the average family size was 3.13.
