Jamestown is a village in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 149 at the 2000 census.

Jamestown is located at 32 °20 28 N, 93 °12 30 W (32.341201, -93.208366) GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 4.5 km (1.8 mi ). 4.5 km (1.7 mi ) of it is land and 0.1 km (0.04 mi ) of it (1.71%) is water.

As of the census GR2 of 2000, there were 149 people, 60 households, and 36 families residing in the village. The population density was 33.4/km (86.4/mi ). There were 80 housing units at an average density of 18.0/km (46.4/mi ). The racial makeup of the village was 95.97% White, 3.36% African American and 0.67% Native American.

There were 60 households out of which 26.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.3% were married couples living together, 6.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.0% were non-families. 36.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.48 and the average family size was 3.33.
